This program is available to children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living.

Depending on the client's needs, the attendant can provide the following services:

• Bath or shower

• grooming

• Dressing

• Laundry

• Transfer Assistance

Personal Care Services (PCS) is covered by either Medicaid or private pay.

All services must be ordered by the client's physician.
